Our founder and president Stéphanie Grenier always had a passion for human resources. Specialized in workplace diversity management at the Florida International University, CPHR member and accredited trainer, she has gained her 10 years of expertise holding various positions, touching every aspect of the HR field.
From remuneration and employee benefits management to the design and implementation of training programs, Stéphanie mastered every aspect of the HR needs a company has. After years of working for companies, she decided to elevate her career building a team and creating her very own consulting firm.
Thus continuing to share her valuable knowledge and her passion for human resources with companies from all around the province in a complete and personalized way.
